• You may return any unworn and undamaged shoes within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less any shipping costs.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
• Once we receive your returned shoes, we will inspect them to ensure they are in new, unused condition. If they pass inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and that we cannot accept returns for shoes that have been worn or damaged.
• If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
